Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 28, 2026
The short version.Living Park stores your parks on your device. There are no accounts, no ads and no tracking. We do not run servers that can see your parks, and we do not sell any information about you.
This policy explains what Living Park (“the app”, “we”, “us”) does with your information. Living Park is made by Farhan Hossain. If anything here is unclear, email contact@bluetomatostudio.com.
1. Who this applies to
This policy covers the Living Park app for iPhone and iPad, and this website, livingpark.app.
2. Information we collect
Personal information we collect on our own servers: none. Living Park has no login, no user accounts and no server of its own.
The app keeps the following on your device so it can work:
- Your parks. What you planted and built, your coins, goals, seasons and the animals you have found.
- Your journal. Small pictures of your park at its best moments, with a line for each.
- Your settings. Sound, music, motion and how you like to see the park.
This stays in the app’s private storage on your device. Deleting the app removes it.
3. iCloud
If iCloud is on for Living Park, the app keeps a copy of your parks in your own iCloud, using Apple’s iCloud storage for apps, so you can play from another device. Your device may also include the app’s data in your own iCloud Backup. Both belong to your Apple Account and are handled by Apple under Apple’s Privacy Policy. We have no access to them.
4. Game Center
If you are signed in to Game Center, the app marks achievements you earn there. Game Center is run by Apple under Apple’s Privacy Policy. We do not receive your Game Center account details.
5. The Home Screen widget
The widget shows your park’s season and news from data kept on your device. It sends nothing anywhere.
6. No analytics, no ads, no tracking
Living Park works offline and does not contact any server of ours. It includes no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking software.
7. Purchases
There is nothing to buy inside Living Park today. If we add something later, like new parks, any purchase would be handled entirely by Apple through the App Store, and we would never see your card or billing details.
8. This website
This site is a few static pages. It uses no advertising or tracking cookies and never asks you to sign in. The home page runs the game’s little title garden in your browser; anything you plant there stays in your browser. Our hosting provider may keep basic, non-identifying server logs to keep the site running and secure. If you email us, we keep your message so we can reply.
9. What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your information.
- We do not build a profile of you or track you across apps or websites.
- We do not show ads.
- We do not see your parks.
10. Children
Living Park is made for everyone, children included. It collects no personal information from anyone, so it collects none from children. It has no chat, no ads and no links that lead out of the game.
11. Your choices and rights
Your parks are stored on your device. You can clear any park inside the game, and deleting the app removes its data from your device. To remove the iCloud copy, open Settings, tap your name, then iCloud, then Manage Storage. Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws like the GDPR or CCPA to see or delete personal data. We hold no personal data of yours from the app. For anything you send us by email, contact us and we will honor your request.
12. Security
Your parks are kept in the app’s protected storage and covered by your device’s own security, like your passcode and encryption. Because nothing travels to our servers, there is very little for anyone else to reach.
13. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top and post the new version here.
